People tend to resist the term "Insurance" because in the past some Agents/Brokers disappeared with premium they collected, or policy holder could not get their reasonable compensation after occurrence of an accident because his Agent/Brokers did not explain properly the terms and conditions at the time of signing up a policy. The frequent happening of the above makes people think that buying a policy is not only troublesome but could also be cheated. As such, they tend to ignore the importance of having a policy and to guard against people working in the industry. This is understandable. However, if the above shortcomings could be avoided, insurance still has an important place because accident, by its own meaning, is something bad to happen out of one's expectation. Without an insurance plan, one will be caught unprepared when accident occurs. In fact, if we have a careful and thorough understanding of the terms and conditions of the policy through talking to the agent or broker before making the decision, we can avoid a lot of unnecessary troubles in the future. "Shorewell" plays the role of a broker, collecting information of all available products in the market and recommending the plan that suits the client most. ¡@ |
